Another close day. Jumped on 15m this morning (2315 UTC) and the band was quite. Called out CQ and watched the RBN network to see where I was being heard. Only Japan (4 Db) Waited for 20 minutes, looked at MUF website (https://prop.kc2g.com/), looked more promising now, so tried again. This time 14db on the RBN. Called "CQ" and Yoshio JI1LNR came back. 589. Made it with 17 minutes to spare.
